Joanne has been training with me for about 15 months now. In that time she has lost almost 40 lbs, almost 30 inches, and gotten her first push up (and can do many beautiful push ups now). Joanne is a women in her 50’s, she has made incredible progress all while going though menopause. Joanne has in fact lost 130 lbs in her 40s and 50s!
