Today I’m joined by registered dietitian Ashley Reaver who specializes in helping people lower their cholesterol. Ashley received her undergraduate degree in Nutritional Sciences from Cornell University and her Masters in Nutrition Science in Policy from Tufts University. She owns a private nutrition practice and is a Nutrition and Dietetics lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley. She is based in Los Gatos, CA and lives with her husband and son.
