Cathy wrote in very frustrated with her workouts. Is she lifting heavy enough? Is she lifting long enough? When she starts lifting heavier and longer she feels frustrated and doesn’t like it so she cuts back, and then she is worried it’s not effective and maybe she should give it all up and walk already.
