​I lost 40 flippin' lbs!!
I had a baby, a hernia, chronic pain issues and depression when I started working with Kim. My muscles were weak and I was "sick and tired of being sick and tired"!

​I needed a coach to work with me, with my specific needs and I needed a sponsor to walk me through the change. I needed someone to say,

"Here Wendy! Here is what you do, here is when you do it and here is how you do it."

In January of this year, at 41 years old, I actually became a certified lifeguard! The strength and motivation that I gained from working with Kim enabled me to pass the physical and mental testing it takes to potentially save peoples lives.

In the last 6 months I've lost 10 pounds and over 17 inches.

I have learned how to work a plan into my life and not my life into a plan. I've learned what fat loss and fat gain really are. And more importantly what they are not.

I am stronger physically and mentally.

Kim's workout plans are amazing and I look forward to new plan day every month! If you have any doubts about working with an online trainer....don’t. She is always available, always helpful, always inspiring and always teaching.

I've finally found the secret and it doesn’t exist in a weight loss shake or a cleanse or another diet. The secret is get a trainer who is a coach and follow the plan!

I am So. Much. Happier. I went boogey boarding with my girls! Every other mom my age was sitting on the beach, but I made some seriously amazing memories with my girls IN THE WATER!

I have always been health-conscious, but I did not expect this level of quality of life! Allllmost able to do a push-up from the ground, so very, very close—before I began I could barely lift my left shoulder above my head and getting shirts on and sports bras was a literal pain in my shoulder!

I've lost 14 pounds and almost 12 inches and gone from a tight size 12 to a comfortable size 10! And I've kept it off even with crazy life happenings!

My favorite part about working with you specifically, versus my former two trainers was the mindset. I already knew WHAT I needed to do mostly, but I was getting in my own way. You taught me to be kind to myself. The scale is now a data point instead of a mood influencer. I just take in thevinfo and decide what that means overall! No more “bad/good” days based on what a stupid machine says!

I fit back into my favorite jeans and I went from being able to do zero push ups to sets of 6!! All at age 47.

​I don’t know what sort of brilliant sorcery you used, but over the
year+ we spent working together, my relationships with food and scale have transformed into something almost unrecognizable. I see food now as something to enjoy and experiment with – “what combination of veggies and beans will help me hit my protein goal? What would these muffins taste like if I added a dash of protein powder,” etc. – rather than something to dread.

I have been in a battle with my body my entire life. And while you said several things I had read before or discovered in the past, the combination of your knowledge, your humor, your conviction, and your clear love was the absolutely magic bullet for me. I know that, no matter how bad I felt or how frustrated I was or how little I felt I had progressed, you would ALWAYS have empowering, helpful
words for me, words that truly helped – not just an empty platitude – and you were able to point out he positives in everything I had done or tried. I have never been more sure that I had a partner in this process.

I stopped feeling like a failure

I lost over 15 pounds and 9 inches. I've never worn a size 4 in my whole life until now!

The ease I feel about food and my ability to keep the weight off is indescribable.  I've learned how to create a way of eating I love and can do for the rest of my life.
I've learned so much about lifting and building strength. I was so intimidated to even try deadlifting, but now I can deadlift over my body weight! I also did my first unassisted pull up!

I'm most proud that during our time together I transitioned from counting every lick, taste, bite and drink to trusting my own body's cues of hunger and satisfaction.
